The Voice of the Lord

And as we worship we can know assuredly that God will bless his people with peace, because Christ our Lord has brought us peace, because he has calmed the storm in our lives, he has brought us out of darkness, he has shined his light into our hearts so that we can see and know God.

And not only that, but he displayed his power to bring peace, when he defeated death. When he rose from the grave. He calmed the storm of death and he has done so in our lives as well, because death has no authority and has no sting. It has no power anymore.
