Let’s not limit our understanding of the gospel to calvary. Consider His life. Consider eternity. Thank Him for His perfect life that only brought joy to God the Father – something we can never do and thanks to Jesus, we don’t have to. We can serve and live in the freedom of knowing that despite our shortcomings and our sin, Jesus has paid it all, both through His life and through his death. Let His humility, seen in his life and death and activity through history, inform your life right now as an image-bearer of God and REST, CHRISTIAN, in His life and in His death.
