Is there a sliding scale for those who reject Jesus? In other words, if I’m going to reject Jesus as King, is it better for me to do so calmly rather than violently? Today’s text shows us that all forms of rejecting Jesus lead to the same consequence of judgment.

Matthew 25:31-46 “Ready Or Not, Here I Come!”
In one of the most definitive passages on the final judgment, Jesus tells his disciples and us that he will return gloriously, to sort all humanity into two categories: blessed and cursed. Evidence will then be given for their being either blessed or cursed. What is this evidence? The evidence is found how people esteemed and served God’s children while on earth.
